This classic Maharashtrian dish just came onto our menu as an everyday item after killing it as a special. Made from sprouted dal simmered in a coconut - onion - garlic gravy, it’s enjoyed sopped up with soft, buttery Pav (Hawaiian rolls in our interpretation). First in the lineup is DAL BAATI, a classic dish made from moong dal, which is served over the top of Baati (baked wheat dumplings that are soaked in ghee). On the side is a spicy garlic chutney…if you dare! Just filling popular dish is not to be missed. It contains dairy (ghee) and gluten.

Next up is KADHi KACHORI, fried onion cake soaked in besan curry, and topped chaat-style with chutneys and diced onions this is a delicious breakfast item or snack. And is vegan. But contains gluten.

These north Indian dishes are customer favorites so we are excited to feature them all month. But get in here before the month is over or you MAY be crying all June 😂.

April specials are here! This month to celebrate spring, we decided to bring something fresh and different to our menu: Indo Chinese cuisine! 🇮🇳🇨🇳🍜🌶️🧀🍗

Indo Chinese food was introdiced to the subcontinent by Chinese immigrants to the Kolkata region, who creatively blended these two distinct cuisines into something entirely separate. And outstandingly delicious! Wok cooking, wheat noodles and fried rice met chilis, ginger and Indian spices for truly unique flavors!

What is Misal? This uniquely Maharashtrian dish is made from sprouted dal based that’s cooked in a spicy and slightly sweet tomato, onion, garlic, and coconut curry. It’s served with four soft and pillowy ghee-roasted pav (rolls), with diced onions and crunchy thick sev on top. With a lemon wedge as garnish, it’s perfect cold weather food.
